339 Certificate of Registrar is proof
Registrar to issue a certificate or to certify a fact, the certificate
must be provided by the Registrar or by a person authorized by the
Registrar.
(2) Except in a proceeding under section 313 to dissolve a
cooperative, a certificate referred to in subsection (1) or a certified
copy of one, when introduced as evidence in civil, criminal,
administrative, investigative or other legal proceedings, is
conclusive proof of the facts so certified without proof of the
signature or official character of the person appearing to have
signed it.
(3) Where this Act or the regulations authorize the Registrar to
issue a certificate, the Registrar may stamp or sign the documents
required to be sent to the Registrar in order for the Registrar to
issue the certificate, and the stamping and signing of the documents
constitutes the issuance of the certificate.
(4) A signature required on a certificate issued by the Registrar
under this Act may be printed or otherwise reproduced on the
certificate or may be made in accordance with the regulations.
