367 Application of Part
(a) an extra-provincial coope rative required to be licensed as an
insurer under the Insurance Act,
(b) an extra-provincial coopera tive required to be registered
under the Loan and Trust Corporations Act, or
(c) an extra-provincial corporation within the meaning of Part
21 of the Business Corporations Act.
