39 Right of appeal
bylaws, after receiving notice of termination of membership, the
member may give to the cooperative written notice of intention to
appeal the decision of the directors at the next meeting of members.
(2) If a member gives a written notice of intention to appeal, the
member remains a member until the appeal is determined.
