395 Termination of membership
terminate the membership of a member only if, in the opinion of
the directors,
(a) the member has either breach ed a condition of an agreement
between the member and the cooperative or contravened a
bylaw respecting
(i) possession or occupancy of the housing unit, or
(ii) the use of the property connected to the housing unit
and has failed to remedy the breach or contravention within
a reasonable time of receiving a written notice from the
cooperative to do so;
(b) the member has caused sign ificant problems in a shared
housing unit;
(c) the member has, on more than one occasion, contravened
the bylaws of the cooperative and the contraventions have
continued to occur after written notice of the contraventions
has been given to the member by the cooperative.
