45 Termination of inactive membership
terminate the membership if the member
(a) is a corporation and winding-up proceedings have
commenced with respect to that corporation, or
(b) has failed, for at least 2 consecutive years, to transact any
business with the cooperative.
(2) Sections 41 to 44 apply to a termination under this section.
