75 Electronic meeting
(a) a director or any other person entitled to attend a meetin g of
directors may attend the meeting by electronic means,
(b) a meeting of directors may be held entirely by electronic
means, and
(c) a director or any other person attending a meeting by
electronic means under clause (a) or (b) is deemed for all
purposes under this Act to be present in person at the
meeting.
