10 Definitions
(a) "child in need of protectiv e services" means a child in need
of intervention under the Child, Youth and Family
Enhancement Act;
(b) "young person" has the same meaning as in the Youth
Justice Act or the Youth Criminal Justice Act (Canada), as
the case may be.
