14 Neglected children
shall
(a) prepare and keep the reports and information that the
Minister responsible for the Child, Youth and Family
Enhancement Act requires, and
(b) forward the reports and inf ormation at the times and on the
forms that the Minister responsible for the Child, Youth and
Family Enhancement Act requires.
