107 Establishment of district
cast valid ballots voted in favour of the establishment of a separate
school district, the Minister shall by order establish the separate
school district with the same boundaries as those of the separate
school establishment area.
(2) The Minister shall make an order in subsection (1) effective on
September 1 of the year determined in accordance with the
regulations.
(3) The Minister may make regulations respecting the
determination of the year in which the order in subsection (1) is to
become effective.
