114 Addition and removal of land
(a) add land to or take land from a public school district,
separate school district or school division, and
(b) divide a public school dist rict, separate school district or
school division into 2 or more public school districts,
separate school districts or school divisions.
(2) If all the land included in a school division has been taken from
it, the school district or school division is deemed to be dissolved.
