117 Dissolution by Minister
is dissolved, and on the Minister so ordering,
(a) the board of the school di vision is dissolved and ceases to
have any of the rights, powers and privileges vested in it by
this or any other Act, and
(b) the school divisi on ceases to exist.
(2) If the Minister makes an order under subsection (1), the
Minister may
(a) add the land from the dissolved school division to another
school division, as determined by the Minister, in
accordance with section 114, or
(b) establish a new school divi sion in accordance with section
112.
