225.6 Alberta Teaching Profession Commissioner Alberta Teaching Profession Commissioner
Commissioner subject to the Public Service Act to carry out the
duties and functions and exercise the powers set out in this Act and
the regulations.
(2) The Commissioner may be appointed for a term of up to 5
years and may be reappointed.
(3) The Commissioner may delegate any power, duty or function
conferred on the Commissioner under this Act or the regulations to
any employee or class of employees in the Minister's department.
