58.13 Declaration re Charter, Bill of Rights and Human Rights Act
shall operate notwithstanding
(a) sections 2 and 7 to 15 of the Canadian Charter of Rights
and Freedoms,
( b ) t h e Alberta Bill of Rights, and
( c ) t h e Alberta Human Rights Act.
