96 Reimbursement
(a) an application made under section 91(b) or (c) is dismisse d,
or
(b) an order is made declaring that the person is qualified to
remain as a trustee of the board,
the board may reimburse the trustee in respect of whom the
application was made for any of the trustee's costs and expenses
that the board considers reasonable other than costs that have
already been awarded to the trustee by the Court.
(2) A board may contract for insurance in respect of payments
under subsection (1).
