58 Evidence

(1) Evidence may be given before the Discipline Committee in
any manner that the Committee considers appropriate, and the
RSA 2000

ENGINEERING AND GEOSCIENCE
Committee is not bound by the rules of law respecting evidence
applicable to judicial proceedings.
(2) For the purposes of an investigation, hearing or review under
this Act, any member of the Appeal Board, the Discipline
Committee or the Practice Review Board is conferred with the
power of a commissioner for oaths under the Notaries and
Commissioners Act.
