67 Appeal to Appeal Board
appeal to the Appeal Board any finding or order of the Discipline
Committee.
(2) An appeal under subsection (1) shall be commenced by a
written notice of appeal that shall
(a) describe the finding o r order appealed from,
(b) state the reasons for the appeal, and
(c) be served on the Registrar not more than 30 days after the
date that the decision of the Discipline Committee was
served on the investigated person.
(3) On receiving a notice of appeal from the Investigative
Committee, the Registrar shall forthwith provide a copy to the
investigated person and make the record of the hearing available to
the investigated person.
(4) On receiving a notice of appeal, the Registrar shall provide a
copy to the Appeal Board and make the record of the hearing
available to each member of the Appeal Board.
