88.51 Consultation with Ministers required
establishes or amends the academic qualifications for applicants for
registration as professional technologists, the Council must consult
with the Minister and the Minister responsible for Parts 1 to 3 of
the Post-secondary Learning Act and must consider the comments
received from those Ministers.
