90.3 Joint Board of Examiners to consider applications
for the registration of applicants as professional technologists in
accordance with this Act and the professional technologist
regulations and may
(a) approve the registration,
(b) refuse the registration, or
(c) defer the approval of regi stration until it is satisfied that the
applicant has complied with a requirement made under this
section.
(2) The Joint Board of Examiners may, in its discretion, require an
applicant for registration
(a) to pass one or more examinations set by the Joint Board of
Examiners,
(b) to obtain more experience o f a kind satisfactory to the Joint
Board of Examiners for a period set by the Joint Board of
Examiners, or
(c) to pass one or more examinations and obtain more
experience
before it approves the registration.
