92 Liability to others
the practice of engineering or geoscience and a person receiving the
professional services of the ASET permit holder is subject to this
Act, the professional technologist regulations and any other law
applicable to the relationship between a professional technologist
and a client.

(2) The relationship of a professional technologist to an ASET
permit holder, whether as member, shareholder or employee of the
ASET permit holder, does not affect, modify or diminish the
application of this Act or the professional technologist regulations
(a) to the professional technologist personally as a professio nal
technologist, or
(b) to the relationship between the professional technologist and
the professional technologist's client.
