143 Certificate of continuance
recommendation of the Minister, issue a certificate of continuance
continuing a federally authorized company or an extra-provincial
company as a provincial company.
(2) The certificate of continuance must set out the name of the
company, its financial year and whether the company is a mutual
provincial company.
(3) The Lieutenant Governor in Council may set out in the
certificate of continuance any term or condition that the Lieutenant
Governor in Council considers advisable to deal with the particular
circumstances of the company.
