156 Division 7 Change of Name, Financial Year and Terms and Conditions Change of name and financial year
special resolution, the Minister may issue a certificate
(a) changing the name of the company, or
(b) changing the financial year of the company.
(2) Before an application is made under subsection (1) to change
the name of a provincial company, a notice of intention to make the
application must be published by the applicant in The Alberta
Gazette and in a newspaper in general circulation in the place
where the head office of the company is located.
