168 Notice to other jurisdiction
company is amalgamated with a provincial company under this
Division, the Minister must forthwith send a copy of the certificate
of amalgamation to the appropriate official or public body in the
RSA 2000
jurisdiction in which the federally authorized company or
extra-provincial company was authorized to apply to be
amalgamated under this Division.
