191 Application by provisional liquidator
under section 57(1) must apply to the Court for an order directing
that the provincial company be wound up subject to the supervision
of the Court in accordance with this section and sections 192 to 203
and for an order appointing a permanent liquidator.
(2) The Court may so order and may make any further order it sees
fit.
