218 Access to records

(1) Every provincial company must ensure that
(a) its records referred to in section 217(1)(a) to (i) are
accessible to participating policyholders, shareholders and
creditors of the company and their agents during normal
business hours, and
(b) the participating policyholder s, shareholders and creditors
and their agents may examine those records, free of charge,
or have copies made of the records on payment of a
reasonable fee.

(2) Records of a provincial company referred to in section 217
must at all reasonable times be open to inspection by the directors
and their agents.
(3) Notwithstanding anything in this section, a provincial company
shall not disclose any residential address kept by the provincial
company under section 217.
