267 and Shareholders Division 1 Meetings and Voting Place of meetings
a provincial company must be held at the place in Alberta provided
for in the bylaws of the company or, in the absence of any such
provision, at the place in Alberta that the directors determine.
(2) The Minister may, on application, exempt a provincial
company from holding a meeting of participating policyholders or
shareholders in Alberta.
