286 Voting by hands or ballot
of participating policyholders or shareholders must take place by
show of hands except when a ballot is demanded by a participating
policyholder, shareholder or proxyholder entitled to vote at the
meeting.
(2) A participating policyholder, shareholder or proxyholder may
demand a ballot either before or on the declaration of the result of a
vote by show of hands.
