291 Notice to Minister
or 290(1) must give notice of the application to the Minister before
the hearing and must deliver a copy of the order of the Court, if
any, to the Minister.
(2) The Minister may appear and be heard in person or by counsel
at the hearing of an application referred to in subsection (1).
