293 Take-over Bids - Compulsory Purchase Application of Business Corporations Act
195(3) of that Act, applies with respect to a provincial company as
if the company were a corporation within the meaning of that Act,
RSA 2000
and a reference in that Part to a section in that Act, other than to a
section in that Part, is deemed to be a reference to the
corresponding section of this Act that deals with the same
subject-matter.
