377 Ceasing to hold office
vacant when
(a) the auditor resigns,
(b) if the auditor is an individual, the individual dies,
(c) if the auditor is not an individual, the auditor is dissolved,
(d) the appointment of the auditor is revoked, or
RSA 2000
(e) the office of auditor is declared to be vacant under section
376.
(2) The resignation of an auditor becomes effective at the time a
written resignation is sent to the provincial company or at the time
specified in the resignation, whichever is later.
