49 Other information - licensed insurers
provide the Minister with
(a) a copy of any change to its instrument of incorporation
within 7 days of the making of the change;
(b) notice of its being subject to an arrangement in a jurisdiction
in which it is licensed other than Alberta that is in the nature
of a compliance undertaking, and a copy of the compliance
undertaking, within 7 days of the making of the
arrangement.
