18 Registers
and subject to the direction of the Council, a register for each of the
following:
(a) Alberta land surveyors,
(b) surveyor's corporations, and
(c) surveyor's partnerships.
(2) The Registrar shall enter in the appropriate register the name of
a person
(a) whose registration has been approved by the Council or the
Registration Committee, and
(b) who has paid the fee pr escribed under the bylaws.
(3) The Registrar shall maintain, in accordance with the bylaws
and subject to the direction of the Council, a membership record of
the members other than practitioners in each category of
membership established under the bylaws.
(4) The Registrar shall enter in the appropriate membership record
for the applicable category of membership the name of a person
whose membership has been approved by the Council in
accordance with the bylaws.
