32 Reinstatement
Council may, subject to the regulations and the bylaws, direct the
Registrar to reinstate that registration in the applicable register and
reissue the certificate, permit or stamp.

(2) When the Registrar cancels a registration pursuant to section
31, the Registrar shall not re-enter that registration in the register or
reissue a certificate, permit or stamp except when directed to do so
by the Council or by an order of the Court.
