60 Appeal to the Court of Appeal
any finding or order made by the Council in accordance with
section 59.
RSA 2000
(2) The Association shall be the respondent in an appeal under
subsection (1) and may make representations to the Court of
Appeal.
(3) An appeal under this section shall be commenced
(a) by filing a notice of appeal with the Registrar of the Court
of Appeal in Edmonton or Calgary, and
(b) by serving a copy of the notice of appeal on the Registrar ,
both within 30 days from the date on which the decision of the
Council is served on the investigated person.
