67 Liability to others
surveyor's partnership engaged in the practice of surveying and a
person receiving the professional services of the surveyor's
corporation or surveyor's partnership is subject to this Act, the
regulations and any other law applicable to the relationship
between an Alberta land surveyor and the surveyor's client.
(2) The relationship of an Alberta land surveyor to a surveyor's
corporation, whether as shareholder, director, officer or employee
of the surveyor's corporation, does not affect, modify or diminish
the application of this Act, the regulations and the bylaws
(a) to that person personally a s an Alberta land surveyor, or
(b) to the relationship between the Alberta land surveyor and
the surveyor's client.
