145 Number of caveats
one caveat in respect of the same matter, but nothing contained in
this Act prejudices the right of the Registrar to enter any caveat
under the powers vested in the Registrar by this Act, and a judge
may, if the judge thinks proper on application made to the judge for
that purpose, and on any terms as to costs or otherwise that the
judge considers just, order that a new caveat may be filed, and the
order shall fix a time within which the caveator must proceed on
the caveat.
