175 Payment of judgment out of General Revenue Fund
directed to be paid pursuant to section 180 shall be paid out of the
General Revenue Fund.
(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), no judgment or claim shall be
paid out of the General Revenue Fund under this Act or the Dower
Act in respect of any amount that exceeds an amount equal to the
difference between
(a) the aggregate of
(i) $49 000 000,
(ii) the amounts paid as assur ance fees under this Act after
March 31, 1994, and
RSA 2000
(iii) an amount equal to a presc ribed percentage, if any, of
the amounts received by the Registrar under sections
64.1 and 102.1,
a n d
(b) the amounts paid out of the General Revenue Fund pursuant
to claims under this Act after March 31, 1994.
