56.7 Offences re digital signatures
(a) incorporates the person's digital signature into a submiss ion
form, instrument, plan, caveat or other document without
first complying with the requirements of this Act, the
regulations or the Registrar's policies published under
section 56.12 or 56.13, or
(b) incorporates the digital signature of another person into a
submission form, instrument, plan, caveat or other
document
is guilty of an offence and subject to a fine of not more than
$10 000 or imprisonment for a term of not more than 6 months.
