Part 3 — Remedies of Landlords and Tenants
30 Landlord's remedies
contravenes this Act, the landlord may apply to a court for one or
more of the following remedies:
(a) recovery of arrears of rent;
(b) recovery of damages resulting from the breach or
contravention;
(c) recovery of compensation for the use and occupation of the
mobile home site by the overholding tenant;
(d) recovery of possession of the mobile home site from the
overholding tenant;
(e) termination of the tenancy by reason of a substantial breach.
