56 Notice of application

(1) On a notice and an affidavit being filed under section 55, a
clerk of the Court of Justice shall issue a notice of application
stating the time and place at which the application will be heard.
(2) A copy of the notice and the affidavit filed under section 55
shall be attached to and form a part of the notice of application
issued by a clerk of the Court of Justice.
