59.1 Dispute Resolution Service Definitions
(a) "Dispute Resolution Service" means the body designated in
section 59.2(1);
(b) "regulations" means regulations made under section 59.8;
(c) "remedy" means any order, judgment, damages,
compensation or other relief provided for in this Act.
