143 Number of councillors
unless the council passes a bylaw specifying an odd number of 3 or
more.
(2) The council of a village or summer village consists of 3
councillors unless the council passes a bylaw specifying an odd
number of 5 or more.
(3) The council of a municipal district or specialized municipality
consists of the number of councillors specified in the order forming
it unless, after its formation, the council passes a bylaw specifying
an odd number of 3 or more.
