75.2 Financial statements and other reports
corporation must ensure that the controlled corporation submits to
the council the annual financial statements referred to in section
279 and any other reports prescribed by the regulations.
(2) A council must make available for public inspection the annual
financial statements and any other reports that it receives from a
controlled corporation under subsection (1).
