99.1 Division 5 Amalgamation Interpretation where 2 or more initiating municipal authorities
amalgamation under section 102(b),
(a) a reference in this Divisi on to an initiating municipal
authority means all of them acting jointly, and
(b) a reference in this Division to the council of the initiating
municipal authority means the councils of all of them.
