16 Enforcement of administrative penalties
dismissed the appeal in whole or in part, the Registrar may enforce
the administrative penalty by filing in the Court a certified copy of
the notice of the administrative penalty, and on the notice being
filed, the administrative penalty constitutes a debt payable to the
Crown in right of Alberta, who may take proceedings on the notice
as if it were a judgment of the Court.
(2) If the Tribunal varies an administrative penalty, a copy of the
order varying the administrative penalty shall be filed in the Court
and subsection (1) applies to the administrative penalty as if the
order of the Tribunal were the notice referred to in subsection (1).
