Part 2 — Owner Builder Authorizations
7 Notice of refusal, suspension or cancellation of authorization
or cancels an authorization, the Registrar shall serve the owner
builder with notice of the decision.
(2) If the Registrar suspends or cancels an authorization held by an
owner builder to whom a building permit has been issued, the
Registrar shall notify the permit issuer.
