33.5 Adjudication procedures

(1) An adjudication must be conducted in accordance with the
adjudication procedures set out in the regulations or established by
the responsible Nominating Authority.
(2) Adjudication procedures set out in a contract or subcontract
apply only to the extent that they do not conflict with the
procedures set out by the regulations or established by the
responsible Nominating Authority.

PROMPT PAYMENT
(3) In the event of a conflict between the procedures set out by the
regulations and those established by a Nominating Authority, the
procedures set out by the regulations prevail.
