33.7 Judicial review
matter by an adjudicator may be made in accordance with this
section, the regulations and the Alberta Rules of Court.
(2) An application for judicial review shall be filed with the court
and served no later than 30 days from the date of the notice of
determination.

PROMPT PAYMENT
(3) An application for judicial review does not stay the
determination of a matter by an adjudicator unless the court directs
otherwise.
