12 Immunity
other person by reason of anything done, caused, permitted or
authorized to be done, attempted to be done or omitted to be done
by any of them in good faith
(a) pursuant to or in the exercise or purported exercise of an y
power conferred by this Act or the regulations, or
RSA 2000
PROTECTION AGAINST
(b) in the carrying out or purported carrying out of any decis ion
or order made under this Act or the regulations or any duty
imposed by this Act or the regulations.
