36 Transportation of infected person
or has reason to believe is suffering from a communicable disease
requiring isolation or quarantine under the regulations shall inform
a medical officer of health having jurisdiction over the area of
Alberta in which the person is being transported and comply with
any conditions respecting the transportation that are prescribed by
the medical officer of health.
