9 Delegation of powers and duties
any of the powers and duties granted to the department head by this
Act or the regulations to designated officials of the department
head's department.
(2) A deputy head may, subject to the regulations, delegate any of
the powers and duties granted to the deputy head by this Act or the
regulations to designated officials of the deputy head's department.
